What began as a personal Yoga and Pilates practice naturally grew into a passion for supporting others on their own movement journey. Through intentional, mindful movement, I help clients build strength, improve clarity, and create balance  both physically and mentally.

Your InstructorI’m a Yoga and Pilates Mat and Reformer teacher dedicated to helping you transform, strengthen, and find balance both in your body and your life.


Following a 25-year military career, where discipline, resilience, and fitness were a way of life, I now specialise in teaching Yoga and (Mat and Reformer) Pilates. While my sessions focus purely on these practices, my additional qualifications in personal training, Level 4 nutrition and weight management, hypnotherapy, EFT (tapping), and sports massage give me a holistic understanding of the body and mind. Health and fitness isn’t just my profession  it’s part of who I am.

My mission is to help you build strength with confidence, move with purpose, and feel balanced from the inside out. I create a supportive and welcoming space where every client feels encouraged, challenged, and empowered  no matter their starting point.

From Personal Practice to Purpose

What began as a personal Yoga and Pilates practice naturally developed into a deeper understanding of how intentional movement supports both physical and mental wellbeing.

Through consistent practice and training, I experienced how building strength while moving with awareness and breath can create clarity, balance, and long-term confidence in the body.

This journey shaped the foundation of my teaching approach and continues to guide the way I support others in their movement practice.

My teaching approach is rooted in mindful, intentional movement. Each session is thoughtfully structured to support strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing, while creating a calm and supportive environment for all levels.
